Madeleine

Hospitality • Global Business • Trusted Perspective

Some people build things.
Some people connect worlds.
A few do both — quietly and well.

Madeleine - Hospitality and Global Business

Different Worlds. The Same Principles.

I own The Daily Buzz in downtown Birmingham — a place built on community, conversation, and consistency.

I also own and operate boutique bed & breakfasts in the mountains of Brazil, downtown São Paulo, and Oxford, Mississippi — where football weekends are their own economy.

In parallel, I serve as the North American Business Developer for Ruby, a New Zealand–based software and cryptocurrency company.

No shortcuts. No noise. No pretending complexity isn't real.

What I Do

Hospitality & Experience

Creating cafés and stays where people feel grounded, welcome, and taken care of.

International Business Development

Helping companies translate strong ideas across borders, markets, and cultures — especially between North America, Oceania, and Latin America.

Strategic & Advisory Work

Acting as a trusted partner for founders, operators, and investors who value clarity, discretion, and momentum.

What Ties It All Together

Hospitality teaches you how people really move through the world.

Business teaches you how systems scale.

How I Work

First — Context

Understanding the people, the place, and the pressure points.

Then — Strategy

Grounded plans that respect culture, capital, and timing.

Then — Execution

Quiet follow-through, consistent communication, real results.

Why People Trust Me

I've operated businesses where the margin for error is small.

I've worked across countries where assumptions fail fast.

I'm comfortable in boardrooms and on café floors — and bridging the two.

Good businesses don't just scale. They travel — across cultures, markets, and moments. That's the work I do.
